mirror problems help

Outside mirrors won't hold. ITs not with the memory use. Each time I start the car they both go down as in parking. But they don't come back up unless I readjust manually. Asked this thread before, but nothing has helped

Try the other fob.
Are you sure your setting the memory seats correctly?

yes I tried both fobs and set memory correctly. No solution
