Yep...he only asked about the plugs (think he meant connectors). I didn't even want to open up the "function" topic or assume that's where he was going.

Yes, you need a different connector type extension for the rear than you need for the front. More often than not, the rears are just eliminated and the tune adjusted to delete the ECMs "check function" of the rear sensors. That is, if you're running cats of any kind. If you're not running cats, the rear sensors will be reporting cat failures, so w/o cats, you can't use rears anyway. I don't have a source for the 4 cables,

I think most will come with the extensions needed. I just installed a set of Kooks and they came with extensions needed for all four sensors.

Do you have part numbers for Front and Rear both (Right and left sensors) for 1998 Corvette C5. I am getting a Code malfunction number on the left rear sensor
Code IPC code # HC PO 161. i have to get it smogged in May here in California , so thinking of replacing all 4 sesnors- Mileage at 1450,00. I appreciate any suggestions.

Maybe wait to add headers until after the emissions test.

Just go to Rock Auto. They'll have the correct sensors for your MY. If you have a C5, this is the C6 section, but same advice, just use RA.

For your 1998 you need to use the GM/AC Delco part. Had an issue with a friend's that a Bosch sensor did not work with it. This was on a 98.
