You gave absolutely no information other than the car doesn't start. We don't know what it is, how many miles are on it, what might be broke, what condition it's in, or what the price is.
it's sort of funny this is even a question. How about giving some information that someone could actually opine upon or just go by the car and then start a thread.
50 amps is usually not enough to start a car in most cases. Bring a new battery with you or jump it. But then again, you could use the fact it doesn't start to drive the price down, purchase it, then worry about starting it and driving off with a smile on your face.
If the battery is dead, good chance it will not start while on a charger or with a jump. I know, this has happened to me. Several years back, while at work went out to go to lunch, car wouldn't start. Tried a couple of different jumps, nothing. Where I worked had a fully charged portable jump box, still nothing. Installed a new battery, fired right up ..

If the charger happened to be connected reverse polarity to a completely dead battery it could have blown some fuses that supply various components or damaged them. Try a new battery, check fuses and take it from there.
