Hello,
Yesterday morning i was cruising along in 2nd gear about 2500 RPM's and all of the sudden the car jerked for no apparent reason. No SES light came on, no warning on the DIC. Came to a complete stop, took off, went through 1st and second gear with no problems, then in 3rd gear it did it again. Stopped at the store, took off and car ran fine this time. What could it be? Fuel? Transmission? Active Handling? ABS? Car is 07 Z06, 21K miles on it.

What do you mean by jerked? Lunged forward? Laterally? What trans?
The best way I can describe it is if you ever pulled another vehicle out of the mud or ditch with a truck and chain and you were pulling forward to pull the vehicle and you felt the chain yank on your vehicle. My car has a manual trans.

Could have been something as simple as a little wheel spin and then traction control kicked in before you even knew it. Maybe ran over a little wet spot, man Hole cover etc... That made it lose traction for a brief moment? I wouldn't worry unless it's doing it on a regular basis...
FYI,
Car ran fine this morning, but as soon as I turned in to my driveway the service active handling light came on. But ill keep you guys updated if this continues to happen

That's what I was going to suggest. How old is your battery? Not that a new battery will necessarily be the solution, but many times the battery voltage is one of the trouble shooting steps. If your battery is 5 years or older, you might as well replace it. It might solve the problem and more than make up the cost of an earlier replacement by avoiding dealer time.
