Hello, thinking of possibly putting billy boat bullets on my 2006 Z51 vette. Anyone have opinions on them? Also is anyone currently selling them? 6 speed manual car
I've had them on three Corvettes ( four engines) and am about to install them on a fourth Vette.
Obviously, I love them! However, they aren't for everybody. Drone is a very subjective thing, and the only way to know if you will like them is to ride in a Vette that has them installed. If you fill out your profile, maybe someone in your area (whenever that may be) will give you a ride. Drone can be managed by changing gears.
Another consideration is that if your car has NPP, you will lose that capability.
Ok, no I don’t think I will add headers anytime soon. Just stock and I really want the car louder. I don’t do hardly any expressway driving since this isn’t my daily driver.

I have these that I'm thinking of selling. Came off of a 2006 C6 6 Speed Auto transmission so they may not work with yours being a manual. PM me if they will work and you are interested. Thanks!
I apologize for not knowing exactly what they are.
They were not installed and came in a Magnaflow box with the car when I bought it.
The original owner of the car had Mods including this exhaust added in 2011. The Magnaflow box has a shipping label to him dated June 13, 2012 so they were not on the car very long.
I bought the car from a middle man (a friend of mine/a pilot that trades cars, motorcycles, guns, etc. on the side) and he doesn't know what model they are either. Sorry about that!
I have B & B Bullets on my 2013 Z06 and wouldn't have any other exhaust. Mine are also custom without mufflers and it sounds perfect for me. Drone is minimal. I can talk at normal conversation levels and still hear the radio at low volume. Perhaps there is a difference between a set with and without mufflers, but mine sound perfect. Louder, aggressive, and deep tone. Not raspy or tinny.
I have owned several different exhausts on several different Vettes (Corsa, B&B, Borla). In my opinion, B&B is the best sounding exhaust you will find. The bullets are LOUD - especially if you have headers. Drone can be an issue, but it never bothered me - as stated above, with a manual, you can just change gears and resolve the drone. I currently have the B&B Fusion with headers. Oh my - this system is simply amazing. The sound is incredible and there is zero drone - I leave the exhaust in the open position at all times.

I got mine for C6 Z06 custom w/o mufflers USED for $500. Pricing will vary.
I replaced the B&B Bullets with Corsa Xtreme & couldn’t be happier. At first I didn’t think the Bullets were that bad but I drove the car on 4 hour (one way) trip & by the time I got home the Corsa was ordered. The drone even with the radio turned up would give me a migraine (some ppl are sensitive to different frequencies).
As was mentioned above the best route would be to ride in a car that has them for a decent amount to time to see if you like them.

Love B&B Bullets. I've had them on every C5 and C6 I have owned. Great American muscle car sound. They are also a work of art. I went with the 4 inch oval tips on my 08. They are louder on my LS3 than they were on my LS7.
I have a set of the bullets. Came off my 06 6speed. I also have the PRT muffler that was used to come down the drone. great sounding pipes.
