C6 Vert Questions
Can anyone tell me the size of the Bose factory amp under the passenger seat and the XM antenna under the waterfall?
I have a crazy thought and if it is not doable, please tell me.
So I recently installed a new head unit (Kenwood DDX-9904s) and steering wheel with audio and phone controls in my 2006 Vert. I love the sound with the stock speakers, but I want more out of it.
So this is what I am planning. I am going to go with Kenwood all the way around since I have great luck with Kenwood. So the front speakers I going with Kenwood XR-1700P and the rear speakers will be Kenwood KFC-139PS. I going with the Kenwood XR401-4 and I would want to put it in the factory Bose amp location. Last would be the subwoofer and I would like to use the Kenwood KSC-SW11 powered sub and place it in the factory XM antenna location.
So am I crazy or do you think that this would be doable?

Not a whole lot of point in spending that much on speakers and not running real amps to them.
