I have the Extremes with a auto trans. I do get drone with the engine under a load at 1500 RPM.
But I love the sound other than the drone.

I've had Corsa Sports on 2 different Corvettes and there is absolutely no drone.

I agree with everyone. Long tubes, cats, and the sports. i dont get any drone. They sound really good too, but i would like a little louder......thats why im getting cutouts put on today.

LG Motorsports 1-3/4” longtubes w/high-flow cats & Corsa Xtreme with black tips. Zero drone & sounds pretty freakin awesome. So much so that I really enjoy cruising in lower gears & wasting gas

Thanks for the replies everyone! Corsa said they think long tubes with xtremes will be too loud. The goal is to make the car as loud as possible while avoiding any drone at all. What are your thoughts on the following setups:

1) Long tubes, X-pipe with cats, Xtremes
2) Long tubes, X-pipe no cats, Xtremes
3) Long tubes, X-pipe with cats, sport
4) Long tubes, X-pipe no cats, sport

Any time you use the off-road x pipe the sound is going off the chart.

I had the Xtreme cat-back with their X-pipe installed at Corsa. No drone but great sound. My wife thought everything else wasn't loud enough for her.

I have SE long tubes with their off road pipe and Xtremes. The sound will make you create reasons to run errands.

I have a convertible and I can hear this setup more than I could my last car which was a coupe (without headers) when under throttle on an incline but it evens out at cruising speed so I wouldn't call it drone, just a low pitched growl.

Ha I love it! Do you have any sound clips/videos you can upload? I'd love to hear what the car sounds like.

As for throttle on an incline, that's what I'm most concerned about. Let's say you're in sixth and climbing a significant hill on the highway. How's the noise there?

Its more pronounced with an auto I believe but if you upshift it’s not terribly bad.

Before the cam, I had 1 3/4 kooks without cats and the xtremes. Sound was really nice with only a little drone while going under load with my automatic tranny.

I have ARH header and catted X-pipe into a corsa sport on my 07 (m6) no other mods (yet). Got the car with the corsa on it and loved the way it sounded, put on the ARH last month and now i wonder how i lived without it, rice crispy's have nothing on how it sounds now (snap crackle pop). As far as drone i haven't noticed any BUT, im in CO and have been waiting for warm day to stretch its legs on the highway (have done just a couple short in town trips).

Kooks 1 7/8 headers with high flow cats and x pipe into Corsa Xtreme's. No drone issues but I did buy a sound insulation kit to help keep noise down. Great sounding exhaust.
