Default shifter question

I've had this question floating in my head for several years now.
thought I'd finally post it.
my current '09 vette and my previous ride ( '98 Z/28 ) have the 6psd trans.
the 'vette I believe is a T6060, the Z was a T56.
with either car though, when taking off from a stop and making a left turn,
either trans seems to get more notchy when shifting.
I have notice this when making a right hand turn.
I try to be conscious of not shifting my weight, so as not to effect any forces on the shifter.
nothing I've done seems to remove this feeling.

can anyone else confirm this, or is it just me?

Bushings are probably worn out. Get an MGW or have Tmodd Customs on this forum rebuild your shifter box. I did. No more notchiness.

I also installed the MGW shifter and was pleased with the difference. Then when MGW introduced the shifter lower box I installed that also and couldn't believe the results these two items did to my "shifting" enjoyment.
