Some people are just trying to be helpful. If it bothers you that much, don't ask for help here.

OP I'm glad you asked- let me grab my other hard drive and I'll upload pics of my '05 Z51.
I'm one of Corvette's biggest fans but 99% of the forum is consisted of repetitive posts about oil changes, ls7 issues and c6 vs c7 topics. Don't even get me started on the OT section which consists of mainly retards that don't even own a Vette.

I guess I understand what you're getting at. It can be annoying but I wouldn't worry about it. I mean, as a proud owner of a 2012 torch red M6 Grand Sport 3LT with the heritage package, centennial wheels, 100% stock motor with Amsoil fluids myself, I guess I would find it annoying.

Oh wait.

I forgot to mention that mine is highly-modded -- don't even think about challenging me.

The two most important items are a padded console cover and Lloyd's mats.

In some cases, the configuration of the car can result in a different answer. For example, the procedure to change engine oil on a Grand Sport with an automatic trans is different than on a manual trans Grand Sport. Same thing with a battery replacement.
I feel like the more details are given, the more value the reply has. Sure lots of times the options are irrelevant to the topic, but maybe the person posting doesn't know that.
At the end of the day, it might take an extra 5 seconds to read a detailed reply with some irrelevant info in it. If you are that pressed for time, you shouldn't be on an internet forum to begin with! LOL!

Perfect example of not enough information...are they black, ebony, red or tan?

They are not being helpful because it adds zero to the person asking the question. My asking for help and what or what not bothers me is irrelevant.

Sure I understand that.
Do I have to know that your car is a 09 Z51 6spd 2LT when you reply to "what brand of LED's" do you use in your C6? That has no value when making your post.

This made me lol. Thanks. Funny and truthful.

BTW can you tell me what to look out for in a used C6 and what tires to buy?

Case in point ....

When the OP asks an important question such as ... what clay bar is best to use on the finish of the C6 ?

Well, before answering the question, I think it's only right that I tell the OP that I have a blower on my engine.

Wouldn't you agree ?

A large photo of the aforementioned blower would also be very appropriate in a situation like this.

283 with an auto. It was more of a tank. It's best feature was rust...

Now the Stage 1 GS, that was a little different.
