brake pad question

Default brake pad question
do the padlets on a 2013 grand sport have attached shims ? I was going to use crc disc brake quiet to try and eliminate the squeaking at slow braking but it says not to use on shimmed pads? any suggestions?

Mine are the original that came on the car I only have 14k on them

When I swapped mine out they didn't have them and I didn't use them on install either
