1. Don’t buy from Corvette mods
2. Upgrading to ‘12-13 seats can be done for less than $800

2. How, where can I source the parts to perform the upgrade for $800?

Cultrag was selling kits at one point.
FWIW, the c6 has two pieces required to change, both the bottom and back are different, vs the c7 just being the back.

You need new foam for the seat bottom & seat back. These are about $65-75 each, so $140 per seat & then you'll need new skins. You can get OEM pleather skins or get some custom, full leather skins from Ridies.com for about $500. I purchased new foam for my seats from chevynationparts.net. You can search for my seat thread & I have the part #s listed.

JABCAT, thanks for the tip, I checked out your thread for the part #s.
I also was wondering what tire sizes you're running on your 19/20 setup?
Are they Extremecontact Sports? Impressions?
Do you regret from a weight/power delivery standpoint upsizing to 19/20?

285/30/19 & 335/25/20 Extreme Contact Sports. The car doesn't get driven that much (2400 miles last year) but I like them. I swapped the wheels & tires in the first week I had the car so I really have no comparison regarding the weight/power delivery. The car gets driven on dry, sunny days & the tires have good grip. I also can't comment on "road noise" that so many owners complain about because my daily driver is a '16 Wrangler Unlimited on BFG Mud Terrains with a soft top now for summer, so the GS is quiet as a Caddy compared to that.
