I have a base C6, and for the past 11 years I have gotten excellent tire wear with a front camber setting of -0.10 degree. This is less aggressive than the factory spec of -0.45 degree which eats the inside corners of your front tires to the steel cord in 10K or less. All other stock settings are fine.
My understanding is that the GSs are more sensitive to alignment than the base models as far as tire wear is concerned. Here is a slightly more precise set of pfadt specs; insist that they set the alignment exactly. I used pure street.

No need to do anything. Just tell the tech to set the car dead center of GM specs, like this. Great tire wear and great handling. No guessing involved, just keep adjusting till the little needle is in the middle, pretty simple.
