MGW, and it comes with a new shifter box to solve your worn out lower shifter box problems as well.
If you feel that the shifts are too nocky, then you can raise the shifter up in the lower assembly to give you more leverage at the shifter ball, or just do the Anti-Venom mod of adding a brass washer to the shifter detent house to lessen the pressure effect of the shifter detent in the trans.

Agree, MGW. Best mod I've done (also did anti-venom mod). Research on their website for which style you like, but call to order and tell them you're a member of the forum to receive a discount (roughly covers shipping).

Someone here on the forum told me to not try to maneuver through the gates old school style, but do more push pull action and let shifter find the way. This little piece of advice made a huge difference for me. (raise the shifter, and antivenom mod too.)
