Default Headlight Gap!!

I was inspecting my front facia, and noticed this odd gap between the bumper and the driver's side headlight. Everything else looks straight and true, though!

Could this have gotten out of whack from a bad road bump?

Or just typical margin of error in manufacturing?

Possible fix?

Passenger's side (normal)

Driver's side (gap)

All other shop lines look good!

The headlight pods are adjustable. It's a small pain in the butt, though.

I'm not too concerned with it aesthetically. Was just curious, because I've never noticed it before.

Probably like this when I bought it... only had it about 6 months!

It's not out of the norm. Most would never notice. I just don't look at mine
You have me curious now though

Just as I thought....don't notice any gap

Thanks all. The gap is definitely there...the pictures are just flattering.

I also want to "restore" the headlights again... But it seems like the pitting is inside them!!

Consider my lens and gaskets when you are ready to replace them. High quality lens and my gaskets are a couple of mm thicker to help fill in those gaps.
