Have you thought about upgrading the stock radio/ cd player ? I did, and I ain't looking back.

If that doesn't work, you can take the top off the Nav unit to get access to the top of the CD player, where you can manually move the table and clean the laser lens with a Q tip and alcohol.

4Sumerz gave you good advice. You might better describe how the CD player is not working. Such as you can't insert a disc, the disc is not readable etc. Forget about having the unit repaired since it is doubtful you can find a tech to work on such a piece of equipment and even if you did, their labor fee, plus labor to remove & reinstall the unit would be prohibitive.
