Default Throttle Body Replacement LS2

Hello, I need to replace the stock throttle body on my 2007 Corvette (LS2) and I am finding it hard to find a new 90mm. If I use a 102mm will I need to get it tuned to work? I am not looking for better performance, just want to know if it will run OK without a re-tuning. Thanks

Won’t fit on stock intake manifold. Have to upgrade to a Fast 102.

Make sure that the TB vane color is the correct color. The later LS3 have a gold color vane, and it opens backwards of the silver color vane units.

As for the TB, if the problem is getting errors on the vane position itself, you can pull them apart to clean the restat bars, and swipers to correct the problem.

Never mind, after doing some research, I see this business has a bad rep. The search continues. Why are the 90mm TB for LS2 so hard to find? (at a reasonable price)
I have posted a WTB thread if anyone has a used one, please let me know.

The silver blade TB is around $ 800 at a dealer Gm parts direct they are $ 450,00....I put a V-Max on my 08 years ago and it stills works great......The vendor i got it from is in Florida and this company is the one that does the work on them.At this time I can't think of the name of the vendor. The reason i think the LS2 TB is in short supply because it was used on the 2008 LS3's also, along with the LS2 water pump...GM used leftover parts from the 2007's...Good Luck.

There is one for sell in the for sale section listed as ls7. The silver blade ls7 throttle body is the same as a silver blade ls2.

I would be very careful buying something from GM Parts Direct. Worst customer service I have ever seen. After three weeks and no response I cancelled my order and went through Cultrag. Most of the time they won't answer the phone and their website form they never respond.

Hum? I have never had a problem with them over the years....I have not ordered from them for some time now,so maybe there is a change with personal.I don't use Cultrag because he is more expensive.....Thanks.
