The low beam relay on my Z06 is misbehaving. I am having trouble finding a replacement for the number 12193606. There are relays for the AC clutch available numbered 12193604. Does anyone know if they are interchangable? I can not find the specks on either one.

Ok, this might sound like, or actually be a dumb question, but has your car had the low-beam inop recall done??
It is not a dumb question, and in fact the recall work was done by the local dealer 2 months ago. I am suspecting that the issue is in the connector of the relay since I can wiggle the relay and make it work, but I am going to replace the relay just to cover the bases. If none of this works, I will have to take a look at the dealers repair work.

I would check that they screwed down the fuse block tight, there are 3 silver screws that hold it down running down the middle, make sure they are tight, I had an issue where they weren't and it made the low beams not work right. Once I tightened them up it was fine.
OK thanks; I just did that along with checking the contacts which look OK and replaced the relay. It is all working now and not intermittent when I wiggle the relay so that may have been the issue.
