Anybody got a line on where to order parts other than the factory? Bought a bl5000 last Sept and it spit a o-ring out of the female hose connector and pukes fluid everywhere. I been on the phone 3 times for a hour and a half and there system won’t for whatever reason accept my info that thousands of retailers have. They said go to Auto-Zone they can order, they never heard of them or the part #. Basically just said sorry. I haven’t been this mad in years.
I had the same issue a couple weeks ago, went onto their site,(they are a Bend pak co.) ordered my fitting for 35 bucks and a few days later I'm back in business.
I know you said you didn't want to deal with their site or something like that, but personally I would want the correct part if I'm laying under this thing.....
Their warranty is only good for a year so I didn't bother trying to call them, just ordered on their site, no issues.

There is no excuse for dealing with a customer like that!
So more practical, most o-rings are a standard size. I would measure the o-ring the best you can and then check HomeDepot, Ace, Lowes (I've had great success there for bolts). If they don't have it then something like Grainger or McMaster-Carr. I once need a highly specific bolt and a local industrial supply house had it.
Thanks Which fitting did you order? They told me they had new updated female fittings part # 5550308 that work better than the ones I have. That number is not on Quickjacks website that I can see. I am out of warranty and they wanted 79 dollars for a 2 pack of the fittings. No problem just send them. That’s when the fun started.
They have run my card 4 times so far which I get as text messages on my phone but their system won’t complete the transaction. There doesn’t seem to be a problem on my end every thing matches and the card is good. I have lived and used the same card for over 30 years. It works everywhere else. its the only one I have.
I’m trying to finish installing new leaf spring jacking pucks and need to make 1 more height adjustment before I take it have it aligned.
Dutch it’s a o-ring on the inside of the female connector. I’m not sure if it’s serviceable. I’ll try looking again in the morning I’m still so mad I can’t see straight.
I asked for a supervisor or anybody that could help but no luck or solution but to call back tomorrow and try again or email a copy of a check which I assume they would have to wait on. Oh I forgot they take PayPal and some other thing I never heard and don’t use.
I had a problem with one of the short hoses and they sent me a replacement for free because I was inside the warranty period.
If you are out of warranty, you may need to order the part.

stingray71 ^^^^ is your best bet, but I think you've tried them. Perhaps here at Amazon ...
Awesome Dutch thanks. I will give one of those a try, I would rather not give guickjack any more of my money after their poor attitude towards the problem with their software.
thanks again Mark
