Feels like loose nuts.
Forgive the misleading title, I couldn't come up with a better description of my problem. Can't tell if it's front or rear but when I make a SLOW back turn, (as in coming out of my drive) the Vette kind of "wobbles" thru the turn as if it has a loose wheel. Jacked it up... all nuts tight.
It's my wife's 2012 Grand Sport and I seldom drive it. Could it be those wide back tires are simply skipping thru the turn? I'll jack it up tomorrow and take a look at the steering components.

Forgive my ignorance but, should you not be checking the lug nuts with the wheels on the ground as jacked up, they spin?

It's normal. The wide front tires do some interesting things in full lock slow turns, especially backing up. No worries, your nuts are OK.

Read up on something called Ackermann steering. It has to do with steering geometry, Corvette’s are set up to handle well at speed, at the detriment of parking lot type maneuvers.
Edit: do not overfill your tires that’s just bad advice. It’s actually not the width of the tires, it’s the steering geometry.

That's called "Scrubbing" and most C6 Corvettes do it when turning at parking lot speeds...My 89 Corvette does it worse then my C6 does...Nothing to worry about....WW

mine has the same feel ( a noise ) too. along with that feeling, at any speed, the front end feels a little twitchy.
it seems to wander just a bit. nothing major just a seat of the pants feel. I had a similar issue with my '98 Z/28.
turned out to be the steering rack ( wasn't 100% torqued down ). once that was addressed, it felt great.
I've got the C6 in shop today giving the front end a once over ( also replacing a failed oil pressure sensor ).

While you are at it check the torque on the rear axel nuts located on the outside of the rear hubs. The recommended torque seems to be different from year to year but is usually somewhere around 120 to 140 Ft LBS. There may also be a TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) on the axel nuts for you particular year.

Is there a clunking/clicking noise that accompanies this issue? If so it could be rear axle spline needs lubrication. I have this thread saved because I need to perform this service.
