Add one or two copper washers to the shifter detent (Anti-Venom mod) and it will make the shifter feel even better. How many washers depends on the feel you like.

Really? Where's the "detent"?

It on the transmission itself on the passenger side.

Here is a link with details on the mod: Anti-Venom Mod

The write-up is for a C5 but it is exactly the same for a C6.

Did the exact same thing this weekend. It is THE most drastic modification besides tires I have made yet. I went with the regular instead of the flat stick to keep the OEM look.

They had 10% off for black friday. I bet that if you dm them here or on instagram they may give you a discount or at least tell you when the next sale is.

Thanks for the info. Not a huge savings, but forty bucks is forty bucks...

Make sure you call vs. using the website and tell them you're a member here. It gives you a discount roughly equivalent to the shipping cost. I went with the flat stick and one washer on the tranny.

Flat stick

Got the discount! Look forward to installing. Since I'll have the console out (again) I'm going to do swap to replace the cigarette lighters with USB plugs into my Pioneer head unit.
