I have a 2012 base c6. I have a k&n intake and speed engineering long tubes with x pipe and npp mufflers, that’s it. My car is now throwing a misfire code, could it be a melted o2 wire from the headers? Also my afr at idle is between 11.6 and 13.7 I also am getting codes saying it’s too lean in bank 1 and bank 2

Easy enough to inspect O2 wiring, get on a lift & using a flashlight look.
Any burned wiring ought to be apparent.
Might also check each plug's boot as well as coil connections, make darned sure they're securely attached.
All to often misfires w/ corresponding code(s) turns out to be one or more loose plug/coil connections.
Gotta 'burp' each plug's boot to allow any trapped air out.
Properly done enables a solid connection eliminating nuisance codes such as yours.
You really should be more specific about what misfire code. You may be thinking there's only one but that's not the case.
those AFR numbers are not showing lean they are rich. So you have something else Fubar in there.
bottom line, we need more info.
yea I know they are rich numbers, but the o2’s melted and have no power going thru them so the car thinks it has more air in the car then there actually is causing it to dump more fuel, so I’m getting lean codes but running rich af lol, we tried tuning open loop for all the time but didn’t work, so I think I’ll just buy new wires and try and route them different, any ideas of where to route them?
Also my afr’s got to 8-9ish while cruising which is bad but I just have it parked until I figure something out

When I installed long tubes on my C5 I routed the wiring right along the tunnel just the way you would expect it should be. Everything all wire tied up and tidy. Did you just let the wiring dangling down there or something?

no, I tried running them out of the way and tried metal tie downs where I could use them, thought it would work but I guess not
