Default C6 help

My front o2 sensor wires melted from the new headers and x pipe, the last thread only 1 person sent a link for wire heat shields, but that won’t protect them if they are fully touching, how did you run the wires to make them not touch!

Most headers for C6s don't have the front O2 bungs.
Just have your tuner tune them out and cut the wires off.

Been running without them since 07. No problems at all.

I bought O2 extension wires, they plug into the existing O2 wire and then to the O2 sensors. If I remember correctly my extensions were 24" long. I tuned out the rear O2s.

I went with the 31 inch 02 extensions to get these wires as far as I could from the headers.
