Got a new iphone XR . Set it up in the Grand Sport. I can not adjust the volume. Can hardly hear who I am talking to. Turning up the volume **** does nothing. My old iphone 6 did not have this issue. Anyone else using an XR with no issues?
I had the same problem when I went from the iPhone 7 to the iPhone 8. I found that in both my cars if the volume setting on the iPhone wasn’t at its highest level, it impacted how well I could hear telephone calls in the car, no matter how loud the car volume was set. Try that.

Mine did that. Turned up the volume on my phone during a call in the car, and had to turn down radio volume it got so loud. I have to do this on every new pairing (Lots of rental cars since I travel for a living).
I have Apple trying to find an issue we're having with bluetooth in my 20 Sierra Denali HD and wife's 20 Cadillac XT6. Receive a call in either and the phone volume immediately goes to zero. If we don't remember to turn the ringers back up EVERY TIME we get out, we miss calls due to ringer completely down.
