So I found I need to fix the clock issue on my 2010 GS. No clock is displayed and when I tried to set it, it would not go. I found the file for the fix to burn on a CD, however, my computer is having issues with the CD drive. Does anyone have a copy of the CD they could send me? I am more than willing to compensate for your time and the CD.
Dealership fixed my bushing on my Vette, but when I got it back, my clock did not work. I finally took it back to dealership and asked them to fix the problem. They are having a hard time finding the right disk to upload the program to fix the clock. They were given two options... get this: Wait for GM to upgrade the disk program or wait until August 2020 to reprogram itself. Has to do with the satellite for the GPS/radio and all should be fix. Has any one ever heard such a thing? I know this is common for C6 from what I am reading on this forum. What's your opinion on this?
Needless to say, I finally got my Vette back from the dealer. They fixed the clock after several attempts with downloading three different program disks. I am a happy camper now and only hope that if any one has the same issue, there is a disk out there that will fix the problem. Thank you all!
