Yes, I have had success. After breaking one bulb, and causing myself all sorts of grief having to route out the broken glass pieces, I followed someone's suggestion and succeeded on the other three bulbs in the two visors.
Take the smallest (eyeglass) screwdriver you can find, and place it at the edge of the bulb where it meets the white plastic "socket." Hold that socket firmly in place by squeezing it to the back of the visor with another finger supporting the back of the visor. Then firmly push the screwdriver toward the center/back of the socket. All three bulbs then popped out for me without breaking.

Good luck, it's confounding to be sure!
I do have one I'll try that, there is a video online & a guy is using a Dental tool to pop them out. This is one task where you will need a drink after cussing, a real pain in the ****. Thank you and I will try your plan

I literally just went through this so I know the frustration. I posted to the form, link is above, and got some great info from Bartsky. It is a piece of cake when you pop open the bottom portion of the mirror fitting and slide the mirror out. Watch the video link in the forum thread I posted that Bartsky provided. Also, V8lust suggested a little dielectric grease on the end of the LED bulb, this helped in mine, sliding the new LED into the bulb housing.
Just went through this myself, a pain in the rear for sure. I managed to break 2/4. I was successful coming from the back with a dental instrument as previously mentioned. To do this you must slide the mirror out the bottom as seen on a you tube video. Ultimately, it's not a big deal if you break a bulb, just grab the filament with some needle nose pliers and extract the offending piece. Honestly, though the LED's look far better, I probably would have left them alone given the stress of dealing with the plastic mirror frame and concern over breaking it. As with most things, the second time around would be far easier. Good Luck, Steve
