No they will stick out too much. You can go 9 wide with that offset though and it probably will pass.
I personally have 9 wide wheel with 50 offset and a quarter spacer to clean my big zo6 brakes... and a 255 tire up front. It sticks out ever so slightly but passes as flush.
So out of that I don't think a 9.5 with a 35 offset would work.

Going from an 8.5" stock wheel with an offset of +56mm .....
to a 9.5" wheel, you need an offset of +68mm if you want the outer edge of the new wheel to be in the same place in relation to your outer fender as your stock wheel was
