Default C6 Base square setup using these?

https://www.jegs.com/i/OE+Wheels/494/9498438/10002/-1?utm_source=criteo&utm_medium=cpc&utm_c ampaign=retargeting

I'm lost on offset/backspacing combined with tires sizes. I am under the impression that I can run a 295/30/18 F+R for a track setup if I run a 18x10.5.

(I picked some of my info from posts about C5z rear wheel setups on C6 cars.)

The wheel I picked have appropriate backspacing/offset to fit my base C6?

Note: my car is not lowered

My suggestion is to check with a good tire shop and speak to the manager/owner.

I'm positive they will say the tires aren't for the car and recommend the factory size.

Doubt they could shed any light on backspacing/ wheel offset.... kinda a car enthusiast thing to know/study.

That's not my experience.
Any good shop has that knowledge and experience.
The don't just sell "stock" tires, they sell upgraded larger sizes to all sorts of people They need to know options as some people want a certain brand, tread, style, and it isn't available in "stock" size.
Also they sell tons of custom wheels so they need to know how to fit them as well as tire options.
If a shop only recommends factory size, go to a better shop.

No, those are for widebody cars. Your best and cheapest option are tsw wheels with 65mm offset.

I don't know... I have never had this experience coming from true race shops selling slicks through national tire and battery and the such... Once you get to different wheels with unknown or non-OE offsets people get weary. I have had tire shops make me sign paperwork buying Nittos that they were NOT OE sized for my car and that I would accept receipt... maybe you have a good shop and all, but generally, no tire shop is going to answer this question.
