Do it!
The LED upgrade for the lights you mentioned above are very worthwhile and the results are significant. The lights that are not worth changing IMO are the vanity lights on the underside of the visors. They are a pain to change and way too bright. Another light that you did not mention is the ambient light in the passenger visor clip. I changed mine to blue and it made the most difference of any bulb that I changed. The orange one just doesn’t do much and I even have an orange car with color matched interior trim. Bottom line: Do It!
