I own a stock 2011 fully loaded g/s . I want a H/Cam Pkg. with some lope to take to a few rally’s this year. Must go high 9’s to real low tens. Ls3 29k stock. What would a good price to have it set up for flex fuel and 93 pump gas..does Ecs do N/A 9 sec vettes. Might go with Jeff@Psi Glen Burnie. He is working up a price. Any advice would be appreciated🖖

You're going to need more than heads and a cam on an LS3 if you want to run in the 9's N/A. Long tube headers, 28x10.5 slicks, and a new torque converter (if the car's an automatic) will also be must haves. Probably a new rear gear ratio as well. Not sure where you plan to run the car, but if it's an NHRA or IHRA sanctioned track you're going to need a roll cage if it runs quicker than 10.99 or faster than 135 mph. Any concerns with street driveability after these mods are done?
Sometimes people don't understand how hard it is to get a street car to run consistent high 9's. And, if it's a manual trans, the goal is even harder unless Dick Landy or Erica Enders taught you how to shift. Best of luck with the project,
Agreed. When I replied I was thinking more like a 11 seconds with super charger.
9 second cars are usually 100k cars easy.
thats just to get it built and going.
