even OEM like isnt the right terminology.
as they never had one in the c6.
here’s where I put mine. And just a cheapo nothing special camera. Works great.
Here is my front camera. Front is adjustable. You can turn it 180 and obviously adjust the angle by bending the tab. I am using 3m tape to hold in place. Both cameras have the grids on the screen. Once warm enough I will set the warning zones via my head unit.
My rear camera sure looks sweet since it’s a clean oem look but there is no adjustment. This means its a tad to low but still covers what it needs to cover and works lol.

not to nitpick. But. Like others have said ,the c6 never had a backup camera. So it’s not OEM.
The c7 only started having back up cameras.
So saying it’s OEM is the wrong terminology.
OEM refers to something made specifically for the original product, while the aftermarket refers to equipment made by another company that a consumer may use as a replacement.
I know what oem stands for lol. Camera that I have for backup is mounted like a oem. This means there are no screws, tape or anything like that. Plus it’s molded into the rear.
I know that and I already brought that up. In my eyes you can call something oem look since only oem would do what I did with the type and camera location.
i work for AAM and deal with Oem and none oem lol
