I have a set of these with Conti Extreme Contacts on them and believe them to be OE wheels. Old rubber and some corrosion on the barrels but still decent looking and , yep, they are for sale. Good luck!

Split spokes were the default wheels on '08-'09's. They were painted silver, and optional in dark gray. A couple of companies would chrome them, which is probably what happened here. Look for the GM logo/stamp on the back. If no GM mark, they had to be some aftermarket knockoff.
