Passenger window locked?

Check the passenger switch itself. Could be bad, the wire connector popped off or corrode/bad contact point, or a problem with the wiring in the door.
Hence both switches lead back to the BCM that sends the signal to the window regulator, so if the drivers side switch works the window, the window is fine and just a problem in the passenger switch/wiring instead.

There is no passenger window lock out.
