i watched this video previously but couldn’t find it. I think the location is different on the c6 because it I looked in that spot and i couldn’t feel it or see it.

I too had the problem that you had where you would get a leak around the dead pedal. I tackled this issue around a year and a half ago, almost 2 now. There aren't any utters in the front of the car from what I've seen. I pretty much took the front rain Cowl grille and looked for utters, I took the front driver side fender and found nothing. There aren't any utters on the front of the C6, at least now how the C5 is. There is however a small passage way, sort of like how your house has a rain gutter under that cowl grille, this small passage is what evacuates the water from that area. Sometimes you can get leafs or dirt there but it is hard to. The issue ended up being my windshield, somehow or someway the windshield over time starts to unglue itself from the frame. I have yet to replace it. I ended up fixing it by using RTV silicone where the leaking was occurring, this helped stop the leak. I must say though, while the leaking has stopped, there is always a bit of moisture inside the car or humidity after it rains outside. I hope this helps, I'll see if I still have some old videos or pictures of when I did that.

This is a picture of where the water comes out of.
This is the video where I show where the source of the leak is at. As you can see, I had to take off that lower panel where the gas cap release and trunk release buttons are. Once again, I hope this helps you find out where the source of the leak is at.

C6 Corvette has an udder on the passenger side however I was unable to find any on the driver side.
Here are some pics that may be helpful. C6 has a cowl drain udder on the pass. side, and something called a plenum drain valve (28) on the driver side ( circled in green ). Photos are of a Z car, but the drains should be the same.
Also sharing some pics of the A/C drain. It can be hard to find.
Good Luck -
Thank you mclaren4- Looks like c5 and c6 have slightly different systems to drain water from the cowl area. The photos help a lot. Seems like unless Im going to take fenders off, its almost impossible to clean the two drains. Do you believe they can be reached with the c6 on a lift ? Not having any water infiltration issues currently but would like to make sure the drains are clear to prevent the issues from ever happening.
While you could utilize a lift, probably not neccassary. And certainly no need to remove outer fenders.
Dano523 ( a veritable encyclopedia of hands-on C6 knowledge ) covers it in this thread to a member experiencing wet floors. Going through the rear section of the front inner fenderwell should provide the access your looking for. https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...ide-floor.html
You could use a garden hose to partially fill the cowl on each side to see if things are draining. Just a small stream should provide enough water to check for drainage.
Here's a pic of the driver's side -
