New radiator
What would you estimate the cost for a new 05 C6 with Z51 option radiator installed cost.

Hi.
I would suggest going with a DeWitts radiator replacement:
https://www.dewitts.com/
Not a big job to change the rad out - maybe 2 hours.
I would change out the Rad hoses at that time, and replace the plastic T fitting with a brass one:
Joyway 3/8"x 1/4"x 3/8" ID Hose Reducing Barb, Tee 3 Way Union Fitting Intersection/Split Brass Water/Fuel/Air $19.99

$800. for a new GM radiator/hoses, & labor is a fair price but Dewitts makes a nice replacement all aluminum piece vs the plastic GM part

I replaced my OEM rad with a Dewitts for two reasons: No el cheapo plastic end tanks to split, and probably 50% more cooling capacity. I also replaced all the hoses with a silicon set, which looked after the leaking 'T' problem. When Dewitts says 'Direct Fit', they're not kidding. Drops right in.
