Something "like" this came out of the block. So you found that piece of metal for your story. If in fact it did come out of your engine start looking for a replacement motor. Done.
I would like to know what it is, where it can be from, it does not look like piston liners or shaft element. The engine was repaired last year, forged pistons were assembled, etc. I ask to determine what is this element before I start opening the engine /
How did you find it if you were doing 100MPH when it came off? Did you find this rattling around in the engine bay after you pulled over to look? Might be coincidence that the part was left in the engine bay during the work done and you discovered it now.

I rode and the engine block suddenly cracked. I stopped at a gas station and called for roadside assistance. a lot of engine oil spilled out. the other day I started looking for the cause of the leak and noticed a hole in the block at the height of the air conditioning compressor And this broken element was between the engine and the air conditioning compressor
What the hell could you hit at 100+ that wouldn't take the whole car out? If it spilled oil...it would get all over the rear tires and control is likely lost soon after. This is why dudes pull over on the drag strip when they break something. (And so they don't spread fluid all the way down the track adding clean-up time and dangerous conditions for other racers.)

You guys might want to cut him a little slack. I think this is a language barrier issue. Seems English isn’t his mother tongue and I looked at his info and I believe he’s from Poland.
