Default Need help with an issue!

Could use some input on an issue, car is a 2006 ls2 6mt. 80k miles and well cared for.

When light on the throttle the car sort of "surges" as if I'm giving inconsistent throttle inputs or gently tapping the brakes while driving.

Under WOT or heavy throttle the car feels fantastic.

No misfires, no other issues.

Car has 80k miles, slight balancer wobble (replacement on the way from Summit) and the tensioner is on its way out (also being replaced soon.

Only mods are intake/headers and street tune from Doug at ECS.

So far have done a smoke test, no leaks. Cleaned MAF and TB, no change. No CEL so no misfires the computer is noticing. No noises from the engine that seem out of the ordinary. Plugs and wires have been changed, it's been going on for a while so not bad gas.

Any help is appreciated!!!

SLP Blackwing. What do you mean by "moving" the MAF?

I would have to search for it on the forum, but air flow around the MAF gets turbulent and causes the surging.

Interesting, I'll have to try messing with the positioning and see if it changes anything.
