Fast intake... please help
I’m buying my first c6 next week. Don’t hate on me but I’m obsessed with the look of the fast 102 intakes on a c6. I plan on buying a fast 102 but have a few questions.
1. Is it okay to put a 102 intake on a fully stock motor?
2. What other parts do I need for installing the intake?
3. Do I have to upgrade the throttle body?

You'll probably have to tune it to get any gains and make it run right, but it shouldn't require anything else to make it work.
You do realize the stock. Intake manifold looks very much the same right?

FAST Intake
A well known tuner in the Portland Or area told me to not bother with a tune unless I went with longtubes, a cam and an intake.
i asked him specifically about the FAST Intake and he told me that he would just leave it stock. It may pick up a bit of power and look nice though.
The stock LS2 has enough juice for me. My 07 Base is stock except for the Paddle shifter mod and a Soler throttle controller.
