I put my new corsa extreme exhaust on last night...it was horrible to say the least lol. Anyways, I am not sure if the tips are supposed to be angled like this or not? I messed with it for several hours and could not get them to angle any different. The car already has unknown headers and off road x pipe. Anyone know if this is correct figment or if I just suck at this as bad as I think I do 🤣. The driver side isn’t sticking out as far as the passenger...but that’s not my biggest concern...it’s the angle that is throwing me off. Also, the mufflers are correct for each side. I checked and checked and checked to make sure driver muffler was on driver side.
They don't look right but exhaust tips can be tricky to get straight. On almost every C6 I have seen with aftermarket exhaust, the tips are just a little off one way or the other.
I just put on a set of Corsa Sports a few weeks ago. Yes it is a pain to get everything straight. Mine was not as bad off as yours but it was off, mostly on the drivers side. I first assembled the system off the car and I marked the pipes and muffler position fully seated with a sharpie. This allows you to see the muffler position in and out. I installed the system with the clamps loose. I then tightened the x pipe to over the axle pipe. I then started to align the mufflers, after attempting this twice by myself I got the wife to help me. I tightened the clamps to the point that I could move the muffler but not easily. Then I put a rag around a 2" cheater pipe I keep in the garage and put it in one of the tips and I had the wife hold it in position while I tightened it down. This worked pretty nice. Everytime I tried to tighten the mufflers they would move!
You'll probably need to loosen the the clamps for x-pipe to over-axle connection & rotate & reposition until the tips appear acceptable to you... will take you a few iterations to get it to where you're happy, just tighten the clamps back up when they line up to your satisfaction. It's just the way it is...
Corsa XTREME, not extreme. Use a straight edge front and bottom rolling over axle pipes and cans for proper perfect alignment. Takes time and can be frustrating.
I have the Corsa Sport w/X pipe on a 05 MN6. I say that in case it is relevant, so at least on my system .....
... the over the axle pipes are NOT identical. If you set them together in the same position as they are installed in the car you'll see one side (Driver, IIRC) has a small bend in the end of it. If you install these pipes correctly the exhaust will be almost straight. As you move the driver side over axle pipe at the top (highest point from the ground) pipe side to side with respect to the car (pipe ends will rotate) you can adjust the tips to be parallel. As you move the straighter passenger pipe in and out at the X pipe you can match the length of the tips. (You can also do the opposite and move the Driver side in and out and rotate the passenger pipe, but the adjustment range will be far less and not have as much effect.
They will still be pita to match up but it is the process I use.

Looking at your pics the passenger side muffler needs to go in a little and to the right a little if that makes sense...you can loosen one clamp and get that one in a little usding a rubber mallet to tap it in the get the length right... but getting the whole passenger assembly to slip a little to the right (the left tip is tilted to much) you may have to play with hangers...use a bubble to get each pair of tips parallel to the ground...so three things there are going on...You can get them pretty close though...good luck
Bolt on tips would have solved this issue for all of us Corsa....
I recently installed the Corsa Xtreme on my Z06 & because I had done it previously on another car it gets quite easy (under an hour). I readjusted the exhaust tips this past weekend because they looked just slightly off (measured less than 1/4” off between left & right).
I had my son out there with me with a level & measuring tape, loosened the over-axle to x-pipe bolts and the muffler to over axle pipe bolts and moved them around ever so slightly. Also make sure all 4 are even through the rubber exhaust hangers. I had to adjust the hangers some & now the tips are just under 1/8” off which is pretty much unnoticeable to the eye.
Took mine to my local exhaust shop. They put it up on the lift, adjusted everything from the headers back. When all looked straight, they tac welded in place. Took under 30 minutes, charged $20.
