My base 3LT 2011 has decided to not honk anymore. I have checked the fuse and even wasted money buying a new micro relay and still no honk. I can’t believe both horns died at same time. I am NOT about to try and tear my steering wheel apart with airbags.
Don’t have an answer to your horn issue, but removing the steering wheel is a piece of cake. Simply disconnect the battery for a few minutes, pop an Allen wrench into the small hole on each side of the airbag & it pops off. It’s literally a < 5 min process.
The first thing is to apply voltage to the horn to hear if it blows. Then do the same for the relay to check for proper operation. That would leave the horn button and the wiring to the relay
Thanks to all that replied. It is Monday, the day I hate, so I went out to tackle the horn. Got car up on ramps, which was no good can’t see horns, and went in from top. I wiggled and jiggled any wires down near horns and WHOA they work now. Which one was loose beats me but they work.
So in short, if it happens to you, wiggle the wires near the horns and save a shop cost.

And thanks FLC6GS for the wiring diagram.
Had you beat on the nose with a hammer, it would had accomplished the same thing.
