Drivers seat problem
My 2013 coupe with 35k on the clock has developed an annoying squeak on the door side.
Any advice would be appreciated

Had a similar annoying squeak a while back that was coming from under the driver seat on my BMW Z3 M Roadster.
I used a spray silicone to apply a thin coat under the seat as mentioned in the article below about fixing squeaks in a normal in-house chair.
To my amazement, it worked, squeak never came back.

I used a spray silicone to apply a thin coat under the seat as mentioned in the article below about fixing squeaks in a normal in-house chair.
To my amazement, it worked, squeak never came back.

It is a simple job to remove the seat (4 nuts, a seat belt bolt, and 2 electrical connectors). You may be able to identify were it is squeaking with the seat on a bench.
If you do remove the seat disconnect the battery before disconnecting the electrical connectors.
