Default Column Lock Issue Back Again !

Well it's been approximately two years since i had the column lock issue, however this past week it reappeared not sure if the high heat has anything to do with it or not, about two years ago i installed a new immobilizer unit and the bypass and it's been working fine up until this week, the column lock message came up in the DIC a couple of times while driving and finally a couple of days later the car wouldn't start, about two hours later i got in the car and it started right up. So I am now going to bring it in and have the TSB repair done to finally eliminate this problem, my question is before i bring it in should i remove the bypass i installed and bring it back to stock before having the TSB done.

Good question. Since the TSB basically takes that circuit out of the equation, it shouldn't matter.
I personally would remove the bypass before getting the TSB done.
Good Luck

I would, too. Once less thing for them to complain about.
