Beeping !!!
My wife and I went to dinner last night in the 2010 GS. All the way there ( about 5 miles) she said "this thing keeps beeping intermittently . I can't here very high sounds so I never heard it. There was no message in the display. It is not the same loud ding ding you get when your seat belt is not fastened. That I can hear. I pulled into a parking lot, shut the car off and restarted it and it still did it.
When we got home, I remembered and asked if the car beeped on the way home and she said it didn't. I remember she also heard it doing it a couple of years ago . Any thoughts? By the way, this morning I had it smoged and it passed with no issues, so I assume there are no codes.

What do you have for a stereo in it ? Stock or aftermarket ? I know my Pioneer system has a slight beep that you can hear when changing the volume for example.

About a year ago, I was getting a beeping, and could never figure it out. No messages ever showed.I took it in for new tires and told them to replace the TPMS too. Never had any beeping after I got the car back.Maybe a TPMS going bad?

The only time I've heard a beep i couldn't immediately explain was when I was riding shotgun, and had my left hand on the e-brake lever. I must have moved it up just a bit, and that was enough to trigger a warning beep. Just a thought.

Whenever I have my cell phone in the center console cup holder and the fob is in my pocket, I get an intermittent beep from the dash. When I move the key to the cup holder and put the phone on the passenger seat or the pocket in the door, no more beep.

Every once in a while I don't release the parking brake lever all the way & there will be a beeping signal.
