Also, at least in my ‘12 GS 1LT came with the seat mounted side airbags & passenger power seat. Also for the OP the trim level is listed on the rpo code sticker in the glove box.

And on that RPO code sticker, codes that begin with a number, like the trim level, are listed last.

@4SUMERZ No apologies necessary, Didn't post initially just to say you were wrong. I just wanted to clarify so that others do not get confused.

You have great information and I appreciate your willingness to share.

Yea, keep chanting that like it's a Montra to yourself, until you really believe it.

Heated seats are a must with it's colder, as well as the rest of the items that come with a upper level package on the C6 as well. Hell, if we are playing the weight reduction game, that the biggest weight item is the steel verses aluminum frames, so would be taking the Z06 cars since they are the lowest model C6 that has the aluminum frame.

Truth is, the one questionable item on say the Z06, its the delete of the rear latch closer assist to reduce weight, and since most will not be tracking the car, just means that they are slamming the rear hatch shut with too much force to get to get it shut correctly when the windows are closed instead.

Then there is resale value of the cars. Hence take a Z51 option car where the package was less than $2K on the car from the start, but when you go to buy one now, it $4K plus due the option over a base car with the same other features. Same goes for the different interior packages, and dare to guess they to, are double the original value for what the car is going to sell in the end.

Simply put, the 1lt cars are what the dealers got in for the lower price cars to sell to the public for someone scrapping money to buy one, but its not the norm for the option package that most buyers wanted on the cars instead. So even now, when you look at the price of a 1lt car (that you can buy for cheap), verses the 3lt cars, huge resale difference instead.

I'll add my two cents. I love the HUD and Sirius XM, my wife loves the heated seats. I don't think the added weight matters at all. Like someone said, unless you are a serious racer..........

My Z06 has the rear hatch close assist/auto pull down

Originally, Z06s didn't have the pull-down on the rear hatch, but it was added to the 2009 and later Z06s.
