C6 with mods value
I'm looking at a 2010 one owner 1LT that is 26k.
It's got 37k miles, a cam, cooks long tubes, Z06 rear fenders, and has been tuned. It put down 505hp to the wheels.
The interior and exterior are in excellent condition.
Is it worth 26k?

I'd investigate why it is so cheap. Check the carfax, check for codes, look underneath.
However, based on your description so far, I'd buy it as quickly as possible and then drive away like you stole it.
