so i have read that i can convert my c6 to e85 by just installing a flex fuel sensor and i might need to have a bigger injectors and a tune, so is it that it or do i need more parts?

so you just have the flex fuel sensor and tune for E85?
You'll need injectors also at the very least. What other modifications do you have? You may need to upgrade the fuel pump depending on your power level. I'm at 673rwhp with E85, but the ZR1 already has an enhanced fuel system to accommodate the extra power from the factory.
Assuming your N/A you'll need the sensor, injectors (factory LSA injectors should be more than enough n/a), and a tune at minimum. Dont expect any huge gains. Also check with your local tuner, alot of them wont even do it if your N/A because theres just really not much point. That being said heres my own personal experience with it. My cousin has an 09 n/a LS3 Base with a TSP blower cam, 3800 stall, headers, off road x, and corsa sport. We set up the flex fuel on ID850 injectors and had a good friend of ours whos a tuner do the tune. Now I know on paper and on a dyno you dont see to much increase but I can tell you the butt dyno says otherwise. The car feels much more responsive when its on a good blend of E than it does when its on 93. Take that for what its worth. Getting ready to set it up on my similar n/a setup with LSA injectors. The stock fuel pump should be more than enough to carry it until you go boosted. Is it worth the money it costs? probably not honestly but... its fun driving around on corn. Atleast it smells fast lol. That being said if you have plans to eventually go boost, e85 is a major increase but at that point you'll need to do a pump upgrade or an auxiliary pump.
