I have used this to plug in my battery tender since i have owned my current. Went to plug it in and not getting anything for this source. Checked my cell phone charger and nothing there either. Plugged the tender into the lighter under the radio and it is good to go. But need to get the one in console working. Looked at the manual at the fuse section and could not find anything about this lighter. Thoughts please.

I believe the AUX PWR fuse is responsible for that socket. Located in the passenger footwell. See this article for location of fuse: https://fuse-box.info/chevrolet/chev...uses-and-relay It's been a while since I messed about in the footwell, but you may have to remove a cover that conceals some of the fuses, like where the AUX PWR fuse is located. I recall that some of the fuses are not immediately visible.
This is a picture in my manual. Unfortunately when i got under the carpet this is not what i found. Did not have the fuses on the far right side of this picture. Total blank space. So no auxillary power fuse.

There's got to be a cover that you can remove to expose the fuse that you want. I've circled it in red.
You may need to remove the big blue connector first. Not sure.
Here is a video of someone changing the cigarette lighter fuse, but it directly applies to your case. The AUX PWR fuse is right above the one he changes.
The point I'm making is that IF the fuse is the same for the both lighters [which I think it is], then the fuse is not the problem.
The are not, and you have the cig lighter fuse for the one in the ash tray under the HVAC controler, and the Aux fuse for the one in the center arm pad tray.
In fact, I don't even know why they put a small plastic cover over the few fuses that are in there ... They never put a cover over all those other fuses in the large fuse block right next to it ? ? ?
