Well, he topped out at 206, so if you don't keep right, you are likely to get nailed. If you see them coming in the mirror, you will be smacked before you can move over.
Did you notice how little traffic there was, and the condition of the road? You won't find roads like that, nor so little traffic hardly anywhere in the U.S. during daylight hours.
