Hello, I noticed a very small fluid drip from the photo posted. Is this a rear trans seal? What is this exact location? It collects the fluid in the crack of the bolt connection. Trans is auto. Thanks!

C6 has the diff side to trans side open, and you have a trans output shaft with seal, that protrudes out the back side of the trans.
So leak at that area, is just where the trans to diff mates up on the trans lip with O ring, and may need to pull the diff to re-seal the joint.O ring between the two.

Or, since it looks like fluid is dripping down the case from the outside of the case, may be a leaking seal on the output shaft of the diff instead.
Thanks. It's strange.. I dried the area off, and took the car out for about 15 mins. I hit it a few times. I let it sit and looked under, it was bone dry?
Had this on a C5. If car was stored in cold area, when trans oil was cold it would drip some were car sits. When everything is warm (like stored in warm garage or warm weather) nothing leaks. There was a tsb for the C5 back in the day. Just a thought.

Yep, and could just be the O ring starting to shrink/flatten will cause the leak when the cold.
Hence its the reason that when you do go to replace the O ring seal, you break out the RTV for the trans to diff bolting surface faces as well.
C6 diff, so the area between the trans and the diff where they bolt together and are just O ring sealed together, that area that is filled with diff fluid. So no weep hole, since it would just allow diff fluid to run out.
On the back side of the long trans output shaft (which is the pinion shaft for the diff as well ), you have an oil seal on it to keep the trans fluid sealed forward of it.
