Last year at this time I was looking for that exact car for my father... and no way in hell you could buy it for $30k anywhere in the western US, at least with that low of mileage or other issues. Maybe at $32k, but it would be gone the day it was listed. If you were willing to except 50k plus mileage you could hit your price range.
FWIW my father ended up with pretty much the same car with M6 for $34k and we had to travel 700 miles to get it. I thought it was a fair price at the time but certainly not a steal.
YMMV
Thats totally crazy that an old Chevy would bring that much money 🤯 plus you had to add the cost of traveling 700 miles to get it, probably makes the cost give or take closer to 35k 🤔
Car is priced at it's value, maybe a little less, not likely to move much on price unless it needs updating (tires, brakes, cosmetic repairs ect). Personally I would want the m6 but that's a matter of personal preference. I've seen a few of these cars listed by private owners in the same price range and they go pretty quick. Good luck with your hunt.

In 2004 I flew from WV to Connecticut to buy my car new and drove it home. The travel stuff means little to nothing when you're after a specific vehicle.

There were plenty in that price range. I know the person who purchased my ‘12 GS paid $29k for it - which was less than the dealership gave me for it. There’s plenty of pictures on this forum of that car & the condition it was in.

kinda like my Blade Silver Z06 traveled 1800 miles round trip to get and paid more than i wanted because its 1of 473 and set up how i wanted........ the things we do for chevys that arent speacial, and im not even afraid to park it in a parking lot 😎

I don't doubt such buys exist... but I know they are not common as we looked at every low mileage M6 GS for sale west of the Mississippi for 6 months (August to February). I'd be surprised if there were many I didn't know about. The M6 requirment did greatly reduce the pool of eligible Corvettes.
Any GS $32k or under had issues... high mileage, accident on the Carfax, low optioned, yada, yada.
It looks awesome and the a6 works great, i looked for months for a clean non-wrecked 12-13 with low miles and no mods and that price is good for the miles. Add 40k more mikes then it is about a 32k car in Texas with modern day corona prices. I passed on a 2012 GS with a m6 because i planned to drive my car and not race it, did not want constant shifting in traffic in a metro area. If you like it jump on it, I missed several over shopping and ended up with 13 2Lt base A6 in NRB, the cyber gray and nrb are the best colors imo.
Its a 2 seat sports car in a pandemic and economic crisis. It probably hasn't sold because they priced it aggressively and people keep wanting it for 32k out the door lol.

The car looks clean. The Carfax looks good. I think it's a fair price with those low miles. It's been at that dealer since last July, so they may be willing to deal - like $35k out the door - but I wouldn't expect much more. It's a sellers market now and that won't change for a while. Chevy announced a couple of days ago that they were shutting down C8 production on Monday for a week due to part supplier issues.
It has the stock head unit in it, and if you are like most in this group you will want to replace it. Out of the four Corvettes I've owned, the C6 head unit had the worst sound. I replaced mine. The good news is that it still falls under the bulletin to fix the gas flange problem at the dealer's cost if it hasn't already been repaired. Take it for a test drive and if all is good buy it!
It's a good looking C6. I'm not a fan of it being an automatic but if that's your thing...it will be your car. I am suspect of the headlights being silver. Perhaps instead of replacing the lenses for cloudyness someone just replaced the entire assemblies. I'd ask the dealer about that. Even with a clean carfax it still may have been in an accident. Check the front end CAREFULLY...with the car up on jacks...a lift would be better. If it all checks out then go for it.
Very clean GS with low owners and miles. I love that interior. Being that it's spend 8 years in NY, I would not purchase without looking at it on a lift for signs of rust/salt. Quite a few folks drive their Vettes in the winter.

Other than the fact that up until a few years ago there were no all season options for the GS..
What about the fact that the suspension components are all aluminum and the body shell is FRP? The only thing that you could see rusting is possibly some bolts, which will have surface oxidation more than likely no matter what, and the exhaust.
I don't disagree, take a look under it for funsies. But you're not gonna see anything. It's not a c3 with a birdcage to rust away.
