floor mat hooks

Alrighty.....this should be an easy one. I want to get some new floor mats. Seems like all the places to get them have the 2005 - 2007 & 1/2 as having the hook type anchors. Then they show the 2007 & 1/2 through 2013 as having the post type anchors. Easily understood, but my 2006 has the post type anchors. I'm not 100% sure, but I don't think the carpet has ever been replaced in my car.....and I don't think it is mis - titled year wise and if mem serves my research from years ago had the car rolling off the assembly line somewhere in the mid summer of 2006. Any ideas ? Thanks.

Not sure when this changed buy my 2006 has post style mats as well.

I believe it's the other way around.

My 2009 4lt has hook style - and I do believe John Harry has it correct -

So if your 2006 has "Post" style mat anchors then it should be correct and no one ever upgraded to a later year carpet kit -

Agree, the description is backwards. Early cars had posts; later cars had hooks.

Thanks to all for the responses. I was thinking something was backwards also. So to confirm I just re-checked my latest Ecklers C-6 catalog and they definitely have the 2005 through 2007 - 1/2 listed as hook anchor. Would a just blown it off as a typo, but i've seen the same typo on other retailers catalogs. Maybe anyone with too much time on their hands can check it out and see what they find as i'd be interested to know if anyone else has run across this. Help me Mr. Wizard !!!!
